"Regular" models had a good showing in olympic cometitions for a while, and spoiler alert; the guy that designed these was blind the whole time!

Someone killed Hannibal!  What's the A-Team doing in Pakistan anyways?

Seriously though, that selector design is kinda weird, but I didn't even know the Mini-14 could have a burst pack.

Don't let Bill Ruger Sr. know is rifle is over in the ME, he'll come flying out of his grave to swap out the 30 rd mag with a 10 rd.... Nobody needs a 30 rd mag.....

Good time Charlie. I went to two different parties at his old home in Lufkin in the early 90’s. He had some neat shit on the wall at his house!

very cool.....note that it's an export model ......with the threads for a suppressor removed

Many blame the State Department ban on export of suppressors or weapons designed to accept one as the primary reason MAC went under.

FN model D- Belgian produced in 1932, features a quick change barrel. Later variants in 7.62 used FAL mags

So much WTF?!

BAR-D, and that 'CAR' stock.

I'm really curious as to how the Filipinos got to using FN's.

Yer on to something, especially one on a tripod. To rival the BAR-D in picturesque quality, include the top-feed LMG's- Bren, ZB's, FM-24/29, Madsen. Too bad the Belgians never added 30 round mags as standard to their BAR's. I love the way my FAL's feel and shoot with 30 round mags.

Funny how wide all our tastes can be within the gun nut world.

I love the compact happy switch stuff, others like the beefy belt fed goodness.

We can all agree on something like the Stoner 63...which hasn't made an appearance to my recollection yet

When you get that tired, any place to lie down, even on broken glass, is comfy.
