Such a 90s action flick but Erika Eleniaks tits plus tommy lee jones and Gary busey acting like nutcases plus some really violent movie deaths make the movie worth watching.

Saw the movie for the first time when I was 8 and never realized until years later he rips a guy's throat out in the movie.
