Considering this came out on DVD recently I thought I'd ask, how did you guys like it? My take: I liked it alot actually. I'm usually amused with Jet lees crazy martial arts moves but disappointed with the total outcome of the movie. Unleashed however changed this for me...Jet Lee did a great job acting in this movie. It also doesn't hurt that one of my favorite actors ever(morgan freeman) played a great part in the movie. The cinematography and scene composition was excellent in my opinion. I REALLY like how Jet Lee took his fighting style from the usual fending off 5-6 badies at the same time to making it more like a dog. He focuses on one badie at a time even when he is being beat on by the other badies. I believe Jet Lee comments a little on this point in the special features on the DVD. Its an awesome movie and I highly recommend you check it out. |
