In progress with Sweet Baby Ray's goodness! It has been on high in the crock since 0730:
We will 'pull' the beef brisket in an hour or two and mix it with Ray. It is cooking with one can of tomato sauce, season salt, pepper, onions, and a bit of water. The smell is already driving me crazy. My personal assistant pulling beef:
