I'm wanting to focus on my upper chest in hopes of preventing the dreaded man boob's.

Outside of an incline bench, what are some exercises that will focus on that area?

Any advice?

Dips are a great chest exercise. They really hit the chest and triceps well, and you can use a belt and chain set-up to add weight to the exercise. I've even read in articles in IronMind where guys refer to dips as squats for the upper body. I don't know if thats true or not, but it is an excellent exercise.

I saw an article a while back about how inclined bench put a lot more focus on the shoulders and only a little more on upper chest.

They said to do a regular bench but reverse the hands.  Palms towards you.

I don't have a source though, can anyone back this up?

Reverse grip bench is good, defiantly makes the muscles work differently than a regular bench press. Puts more emphasis on the triceps than regular bench. If you have trouble locking out your press, its a lack of strength in your tri's. This is a good way to work on that.

As a safety tip, drop the weight while working on learning the motion involved it reverse grip benching, and or have a spotter. And make sure you wrap your thumbs around the bar, I hate seeing people monkey grip bars, the bar could just roll right out of their hand and...

I've always liked incline flyes for the upper chest.  I do them at all angles of the bench.

Just do pushups whenever you get spare time. It may not be heavy lifting, but over time it'll keep your chest in shape.

This wouldn't surprise me, generally my shoulders seem to get a good workout doing incline.

I found a few things online but there are differing opinions/techniques.
Things like: cable crossovers, differents angles of the bench on incline, cable flies, modified dumbells.

It appears I'll just have to try a few different ones.

That would be pointless, and dangerous.  As long as your pecs get worked, they will be firm.  If you don't work them, or if you just get fat you will get man boobs.   Some people will just get them because of genetics.

Non-gynecomastia Man Boobs are more of a result of diet than anything.
