Do the USB wireless network adapters work?
Have an extra desktop computer that i want to put in my work shop, It is to far to run a network cable, but my laptop does work out in the building.
Walmart has a Belkin F5D9050 Wireless-G Plus MIMO USB Network Adapter or should i go and find a card that i can put inside the computer?

Yes. The ones with external antenna connections are best.

Try to choose something other than Belkin.

I trust Linksys or D-Link.
