What are you trying to accomplish?  While CCleaner gets rid of a lot of unnecessary stuff, it has no effect on performance.

ComboFix is great if you've got stubborn malware/spyware.

Just trying to take out whatever crap is left behind.  I have Kaspersky for virus protection but no other cleaners.

Malwarebytes, free version, followed by CCleaner.

CCleaner gave me back a third of my hard drive on my last computer.
