Anyone have the new one? I've just purchased a Samsung HD and need to get my dish receiver upgraded and think this is a much better option that consolidates DVR and Dish receiver... |
| I have the 622 which is the previous model almost the same except for hard drive size. I've had it a year and a half with no issues, I really like it and would highly recommend it, one of the best things is you can hook it up to an external hard drive to expand its capacity. |
I believe it is equipment-dependent as far as video .... don't know about audio ..... My monitor is a native 720P projector - Mitsubishi LC1500 ..... The HD-picuture is very/very good with component, but it is noticeibly better with HDMI .... YMMV .... You can get HDMI cables fairly cheaply from some sources ..... it's worth a try ............ |
