I have a Kawasaki Prairie 650 V-Twin and am having some problems out of it. It has fuel locked a couple of times on me and now once the engine is warm it will not idle. It runs great as long as you are feeding it some fuel but once you let off it will die within a couple of seconds, it usually starts back easily but you have to feather the throttle to keep it running. It uses dual Keihin KVKR-D32 DOWNDRAFT constant-velocity carbs, is it possibly a jetting issue or maybe a fuel air mixture problem? This is basically the same set up that the Ninja uses if that helps.

Sounds like a jetting problem.
