I bought a new Vector RPD today that had been in a gun store for 6 months. It had a very early serial number (0003X) and I was concerned that possibly they had made some improvements to the design after they got deeper into the build. I called Vector when I got home with the gun and asked them if they had improved anything about the gun after my serial number. They said they had made many improvements, and if I returned my RPD, they would perform all the updates to my gun free of charge. They are even paying for my return shipping. Every experience I have had with Vector has been like this. They seem to bend over backwards to make their customers happy. It's very refreshing to deal with a company like Vector when so many companies out there tend to try to take advantage of their customers. |
