Hey guys,
So I am due for a new phone and I see that Samsung is announcing the Note 4 today. How long does it take from announcement date till it will be on the shelf? Do they usually do a pre order or anything? My current phones screen is broken and its getting annoying to use. Ive picked up a couple shards of glass in my finger.
