You need to call them. The code phrase for fine nullification is "Fuck you and your stupid-ass fine. Come and get it, douchebags, I got something for you when you get here!"
You have to stay on the line for 5 full minutes afterward though, for the code to be auto-entered into the system.

Is what I followed for my dad........ Seems to be old just different versions... CAN turn on Camera and HAS prompted fake calls from microsoft.... According to website! |

Based on this link I did a system restore and the computer is no longer locked. After unlocking my computer I scanned it with Norton AntiVirus. The scan indicated 0 threats found. Is the virus gone or is it still there somewhere? |

I would download and run this from microsoft, Windows Offline Defender. You download this file, run it and it'll download the latest definitions for the virus scanner and will burn it to a cd. You boot off the cd and it'll automatically run a virus scan. |

He kept trying to tell me it was a grocery store... Yea Okay dad... how the roles have changed! Use malaware bytes to check it again... it seems to have gotten around my dads Norton. He now uses avast. |
