Any body in there thirties taking vitamins? I was reading about vitamin B deficancies and blah blah blah and wondered if anybody is taking vitamins on a regular basis and if they have seemed to help anything. If so, what are you taking?

Multivitamins will give you the most expensive piss on the block and that's about it.

ETA: The only supplement I take is creatine.

I just did a Yahoo search (healthy diets, vitamin suplements, CDC) and came up with this interesting article.

Vitamin V is all you need. There is a lot if it in pie.

EDIT. I also take a once a day mens vitamin, creatine, extra protein, fish oil, and Super Pump 250. Gonna try Animal Pump when the Super Pump runs out.

My "vitamin B:"

(Yes, this picture was chosen intentionally because bottle-conditioned beer actually does contain a great deal of vitamin B.)

I take a multivitamin, calcium citrate, DMAE, 5htp and (thinks) niacin daily, along with a bunch of other things that I don't take as regularly.

I recommend the DMAE to anyone who has trouble concentrating, it also helps with weight lifting (kind of like turning the volume up on your nervous system, makes you more dexterous.. finer motor control).  The 5htp is good if you're depressed.
