Extreme fire damage, and most of all, an enormous amount of base damage from the debris from the main towers falling and scooping out part of the building. What do YOU think happened? The terrorists planned to crash a plane into a building that was about 1/4th as tall as the main towers and missed, and the terrorist demolition team leader that was standing by said, "ah, screw it, if Mohammed Hussein isn't gonna crash his plane into this building, I'ma take it down anyway!" and pushed the button for the demo charges? |

There's 10 years of documentation available on the internet about this, and you didn't avail yourself to any of it. You also asked it in such a manner as to question the veracity of what actually happened. You could have simply spent 5 minutes using this thing called http://www.google.com and looked it up, and avoided the entire issue. Then, you insult someone because they opined that you may have forgotten to take your meds this morning, and that you might have missed the whole structural failure/building fell on it/etc thing. You know, the stuff that would have made it collapse. When you add that up, it generally adds to you possibly being on the front side of the intelligence bell curve, an 8 year old with a keyboard now that mommy's asleep, or someone who's deliberately trolling.
