On Fox News.  Their president is talking about taking over control of American companies who spent billons on exploration and are currently set up in their country extracting natural gas.

Cliff note version:

The new native president of Bolivia followed through with his election promise to nationalise the oil and gas industry. He used troops to do it. The nationalisation won't expropriate companies of their assets, however, they have 6 months to sign on to a deal that gives the government much greater control and revenue from the production of oil and gas. Venezuala has offered technical assistance if the multi-national companies run.

The same Venezuala that now has to import oil for domestic use so they can make their contract deliveries because their production has fallen since the government took over?

Libya & Gaddafi all over again.
Cuba & Fidel-BOHICA

I applaud Bolivia's new chief, excellent short term solution. Don't expect any new foreign investment.

At least cuba won't be hurting for energy for quite some time.  Bad for us yes, but we do it to other countries and companies as well.  survival of the fittest we don't rule the world nor is the energy in our country.  We have no official claims to it.

we have more bombs then anyone in the world :) if we need it bad enough I'm sure we could take it
