According to my grandfather's discharge papers, he was in the 52nd Military Police Battalion on Okinawa. I've not been able to find out what division, etc his unit was a part of. Can anyone help? He was awarded a bronze star, but he never talked about his experience and passed away 10 years ago. No one in the family knows what happened to him over there. |
