That's a pretty neat site, all right!

But looking through the photo albums of the reenactors, it reminded me of the very reason that I cannot ever do WWII reenactments.

With my full beard and moustache, along with my physique, I could only possibly portray someone from, say, the Civil War era, or the Indian Wars.

And a 50-year old whatever at that!

obershutze (site member and mod) is realy into w2 reenacting. his unit put on a nice show at bulletfest. there is an amazing level of dedication required to participate in that hobby.

I do US Combat Engineer (both theaters) Brit Para and am putting together a Russian kit.
