Well, I didn't get my 87 cent MVIS limit order, but got some nice gains on CMK and PLAY.

I'll put a sell on the last 20% at $2.20 and see what happens |

I made the potential mistake of switching to a margin account -- not because I trade on margins, as much as transfering cash in takes so long that I will use margin up to the limits of my pending transfers. Patience is not one of my virtues. |

Cash accounts require a settlement period for all trades and transactions. With waiting for your trades to settle it'd likely be very difficult to actually trigger enough daytrades in a rolling 5-day period to even hit the PDT restrictions. |

Man I was hoping for an entry on GNUS with limit orders at $1.41, $1.51, & $1.61 @1k shares each. I want to hold it past the 6/15 launch figuring we'll see some movement by then.
Well today it's up to $2.38 already |

If they're truly in talks right now there's going to be comm-out that could run several weeks to months. Investors with serious stakes will sit tight, but the 500 share guys are going to get jittery. No anticipated events until the mid-Aug R/S, if they wait that long. If they don't, there better be a deal or major announcement tied in tight right behind it. $0.88 feels like a solid floor right now, but they can't take that for granted, the shorts will run at it. |

crazy shit for GNUS. 2.82 down to 2.10 in minutes.
