Was wondering if I could get some help from the folks here. Been in and out watching this thread and even made a few $100 on the MVIS rollercoaster. Thanks for that but I'm pretty much out now.
I did got out of the boat and bought some Biolase. (I know! NEVER get out of the boat!) Now I've gotten notice of this preferred stock offering below. I'm not sure how to read this. It looks like a few different possibilities to me. Can someone help clarify? (standard disclaimers.... Not a stock broker etc. Not going to hold you to any statements! Haha!) Which is this for each stock I own with them? Any help? 1. I get the option to buy 1@$1000 of the preferred stock for a 5 yr period regardless of current market price. 2. I can buy 1 preferred stock and roll it over to 2000 common @$0.40 regardless of current market price for a 5 yr period. 3. I can buy 1 preferred stock and roll it over to a warrant purchase of 2500 common @$0.40 regardless of current market price for a 5 yr period. 4. BIOL is trading ~$.50 right now. This will just dilute down the current price to $0.40. Get out now since I'm not going to bet on the preferred stock going up. Statement below: Under the proposed rights offering, BIOLASE (BIOL) will distribute one non-transferable subscription right for each share of common stock and each June 2020 Warrant (on an as-if-converted-to-common-stock basis) held on the Record Date. Each subscription right will entitle the holder to purchase one unit, at a subscription price of $1,000 per unit, consisting of one share of the Company's newly created Series F Convertible Preferred Stock with a face value of $1,000 (and immediately convertible into shares of BIOLASE's ( BIOL ) common stock at a conversion price of $0.40 per share) and 2,500 warrants to purchase BIOLASE's (BIOL ) common stock with an exercise price of $0.40 per share. The warrants will be exercisable for 5 years after the date of issuance |

made about 8% on FRSX from AH yesterday to early this morning.
I sold MVIS as well but I missed the peak by a lot still made 55% on a large stake by my standards so I sure as hell can't complain, if I could do gains like every month I would be loaded. Thanks for the tip OP. I might jump back in if it falls lower in the next couple of weeks. |

Something to look at for the near future is ZOM. Was trading @ .21 and then had an offering which dropped it to .11. Over the past couple of weeks it has recovered back to .20. They just hired an interim CEO with experience in bringing product to market which points to them being close (1-2 months?) to bringing out their TRUFORMA diagnostic platform. Price targets were dropped from .65 to .50 but hype on PR could push it higher briefly. A couple of months ago it jumped to .37 on what turned out to be weeks old news which indicates that there is solid interest and hype could definitely cause a short term run.
After (or maybe even around the same time) TRUFORMA they have a canine cancer biopsy test which is currently in validation and then a pathogen detection which is in verification. My prediction for what it's worth, I think hype could push it close to $1 with a drop to somewhere around .30 before settling somewhere in the .40-.60 range. I'm currently sitting on 10K @ .20 and depending on how high it goes after truforma I may buy back in if it has a solid dip in anticipation of a possible second run when they release their next product. I'm still fairly new at this whole penny stock thing so take anything I say with a grain of salt. I'm not responsible if you listen to my dumb ass and loose money. |

It's not NEW news, old news that may not have hit? June 11th: Genius Brands is planning to sell a total of 60.1 million shares to a predetermined group of investors. Technically, the investors are converting their stock warrants into ordinary shares at exercise prices as low as $0.21 per share. The company will receive a maximum of $6.1 million (minus warrant registration expenses) from this maneuver, based on the exercise prices of the warrants. The company currently has 96 million shares outstanding, of which 40.5 million shares are trading on the public stock market. It's prob both dilution, plus the 0.21 per share that is the issue... |
