OK in the current land of any You Tube over 3mics and ADD kicks in. Does anybody recall the issue with Sequestration and the Warren Act before the election? Would seem to me that the Obama administration told companies not to issue notifications of potential lay-offs due to Sequestration. This was in violation of the Warren Act but the DOJ said they would not prosecute companies. Now that Sequestration is a reality and that the Obama Administration clearly violated a federal law (yeah OK what else is new) by ordering companies not to give 90 day notice of possible layoffs. Why in the Fuck aren't the conservatives in the MEDIA hammering the fuck out of him for it? |

There will be no consequences for the people that broke the law, we all know that. How can you on one hand profess that Sequestration is going to now cause 100s of thousands of people to lose their jobs when in November before the fucking election decree the Warren Act even though a Federal law had no relevance???? I think it's called having your cake and eating it too. |
