The majority of violet crimes are committed by whites.
BUT... A large majority of the black and hispanic POPULATION commit violet crimes. You have to break it down by population numbers. There's more whites, so most crimes are committed by whites. But a larger percentage of the black/hispanic population committ crimes... does that make sense? Wait... try this: 10 white people... maybe 1 or 2 are criminals. 10 black/hispanics... 4 or 5 are criminals. |
