There was a bomb threat called in at work the other day, and while standing in the parking lot for an hour at 3AM I called my cousin who calls and wakes me up all the time. I wanted to know how cold it was, I even told him Id do it for him. He has gotten all pissy about it, but I see no difference between me doing that and him calling me at noon to see what time AutoZone closes. |
WTF? |
Id do it for you, basicly means I wouldnt think about it. Someone we know calledup my other cousin at 3AM on a Sunday telling him "come get me bitch, Id come get you, lets go to the bar, Id do it for you" If he had a car he would not even be around though. Since then Id do it for you, is a smartass remark that means I really wouldnt, like then he wanted me to take back his playstation for him. |
You kinda lost me there too bro. |
Call went Me: How cold is it? Him: What Me Im outside and I want to know how cold it is Him: Dont ever call me this late Me: Comeon, Id do it for you He hung up then |
| I have 4 brothers 2 of them live in this area, I lived with one of them for awhile. The 3rd brother was always complaining he couldnt go fishing when we did , etc etc etc because of work his excuse for everything was he had to work and he constatly told us how much more he worked than us. Then my borther and I got a rather large contract on a Job that required us to work 18 hours a day 7 days a week for 2 months. We made a point to call him every morning at 5:00 AM on our way to work and again at 10:30 PM on our way home from work to " see what he was doin" He is very anal and on a strict schedule he goes to sleep at 9:45 and wakes up at 5:35 everyday. He would always mumble sleeping, and we would yell into the speaker phpne "Sleeping , Damn I wish I could sleep all the time, but some of us have to work!" As none of yall know my brother you will probably not find this amausing, but I am laughing just remembering it. |

When I worked nights, my sister would call during the day wanting me to entertain her because she was bored at work. About the third time she did that, I made it VERY clear in an angry tone of voice (you could probably say accurately that I was yelling at her over the phone) she should never call me unless it was an emergency, and that her boredom did not constitute an emergency. Then I asked - in the name of fairness, of course - if she had an emergency, and she said no. So I said "bye" and terminated the call. She never did it again. |
, then make a point to call him more often.
