| Ever use one? Saw them for the first time on a weekend in Phoenix. They seemed to be all over the area. I'd see as much as 3 in one block. Never looked to see if they had passengers nor did I see people getting in and out. Life in the big city, coming from podunk west Texas it was new to me, hadn't been to Phoenix in 20 years. |

I just used a Waymo in San Francisco a few times. Worked perfect I had no thoughts about it. Would recommend. edit to add: we did honk the horn or attempt to and get a call from customer service telling us to stop touching everything.

| They work good for a taxi, but they do cause traffic on occasion. Not being able to read traffic and know when to not make a left turn in high traffic spots where it’s better to go just a little further down and make a left or u turn where there is less traffic. |

| Used it a few times on my last work trip to Phoenix, including one ride that was over 50 minutes long, and one that was an airport drop off. Very impressed by the tech and had a great experience. Didn’t get my ear talked off like usual, no tip, and the fare was pretty cheap. |
