There's the tacked thread, and tons of guys ready to spring into action at the hint of a member in trouble. I've inadvertently helped people out in their lives, and I fear that I won't be able to come through when people need me. I wish I had answers, but I don't. So far, saying hi to people in the hall every day and saying that if they ever need anything they should let me know apparently goes a long way.
