I have a Standard bench, bar, and weights. Been wanting an Olympic bench because I like the support rack on the outside of my grip.
Can I use the Standard Bar on an Olympic Bench? |

If your going to make a change go all the way to a power rack and an olympic bar and weights.
My standard weights don't fit my power rack and I think the width is the same as a olympic bench. The power rack give you safety at a reasonably cheap price for more than just the bench press... |
