What's the scoop on these products like Hydroxycut?

Never had any luck with Hydroxycut.

I just started on Dextrim Max, and I dunno about
burning fat, but it sure as hell does kill hunger like
Carlos Hathcock.

They curb your appetite mostly... Not worth getting really. Weight loss comes from the gym.

Fixed.

Exercise gets you over the hump, or on the next level, diet is the beast of burden.

I'm going to disagree.

I've read different things stating that ECA stacks can give you between 3-5% boost in your BMR, although that is not a lot it still can be significant.

More than that appetite suppression is a big deal for some people, myself included.  When you are at home playing Mr. Mom half the week not feeling as hungry all the time is a big deal.  By cutting out miscellaneous snacking you can easily cut out 300-400 calories on top of the 100 extra you burn.

In the 5 days I've been on mine I have felt like a great.  I've had more energy and been more focused in the gym.  That has lead to better and heavier work outs. I've also been sleeping better and been a lot less moody.

All of that for less than $20 bucks.  Is there a magic pill? Of course not, but so far ECA has been a good experience for me.

You don't need weight loss supplements. For two and a half weeks, I ran everyday and limited my carbs to zero or very little, eating only meats and veggies and drinking water. I lost about 20lbs, and kept it off for about 4 months just by walking to class. Losing weight is not hard. If I can do it, anyone can. I'm about to start next week on my new routine. My goal is beautiful wimmenz

I would say losing weight is simple, but not easy

Incorrect.

15 pounds in a month.   Time in the gym in that month:  3 visits.  In part because I had to do some

work in South America for almost 2 weeks during that time.

Thermogenic/suppressants are effective if used properly.

This is the voice of experience talking.

+1.

They are a supplement to diet and exercise.  Taking a pill and not doing anything else isn't going to do anything.  Doing all the right things and supplementing helps tip the scale in your favor.
