I like the skin on kiwis and mangos. I also will drink the water from canned tuna when I am draining the can, that shit is delicious and is like a fish broth.

When I clean Bluegills, I leave the tails on them.
I fry them in Crisco, after rolling them in flour. I eat the tips of the tails, before they get too boney. They are like Pringles of the sea.  Attached File |
