If you like that one you'd probably like Luna moths.   I'd assume IA is in their range but IDK.  I see 3 or 4 a year here, usually on the window screens at night.

Well now I am curious to know camera, lens and settings used.
I would assume some kind of a Macro lens.

I keep wondering how people can reply to threads so soon after they are started.

I've always liked exotics and picked up a mantis to go with my chameleon (not together).

It's a jeweled flower mantis.

Mantids are smart and interesting insects.
If they could mate with jumping spiders, they would rule the insect/Arachnid kingdom.

I's bet money it didn't go to rehab....filthy little creature was likely destroyed for suspicion of rabies.

Wife saw this little fellow hanging from the overhang at a T J Maxx store. Called critter rescue and they let her take some pictures before taking it to rehab:

Eastern Red Bat

Cute little face.

This is like the 3rd bat my wife and I have dealt with. The local group is pretty good about taking them and either releasing them near another bat colony or rehab then release.

They're interesting creatures. This one just happened to have a cute face.

I think my favorite animal the Shoebill Stork is cute and terrifying at the same time.

@ConcernedCitizen

When I was a kid my folks had a Kinkajou in their pet store. They also had an ocelot. I was 6 and thought it was a good idea to tease it. I'm luck I still have a face.

Are those the Pit Bulls of the cat world?

That one looks like it's been in a lot of fights.

Teasing big cats doesn't sound like the brightest idea...

Big cats also have the coolest names! Lynx, Ocelot, Puma, Jaguar...

Chinchilla!
I knew someone that had one and it was an affectionate little critter.
Liked to snuggle with it's owner.
Almost bought two myself at one point.
Figured I'd call them Chewey and Charlie.

Also, those are two disturbingly attractive midgets.
