This morning I got up and made a pot of coffee and realized it was just enough to make one pot. we were out after that. The gf and I like *'8 O'clock Columbian" as a day to day brew. I made a mental note to myself to stop and get some more at the store today. A few minutes ago though I was loading some laundry for next week into the washer and thought aw crap I forgot the coffee! But then I thought oh hey not a problem. It is a nice night out and I have stock of some real nice green coffee beans that I can light up right quick. So I grabbed this bag of an Ethiopian bean and threw it into my cheesy little whirly popper popcorn popper on the front porch and presto. 7 minutes later I had a full city fresh roasted batch cocked, loaded and ready for tomorrow. It smells delicious too.
