Chris Shiherlis had a criminal record, they had current surveillance photos of him.
Why didn't the perimeter teams around the safe house have photos of Chris, in case he tried to reach Charlene? "Sir, this guy looks like Shiherlis but his D-L says John Peterson, valid ID, car is registered to a last name Wakowski." "Let 'em go." Just the haircut wasn't enough to change his appearance, the perimeter team would have drawn down, did a felony stop on him. |
