Someone gave me this key ring. It has a mini-caribiner on one end and a key ring and rubber thing on the other end. What is the rubber ring for?

Cock ring
Beer cap twister
Flashlight holder

Anybody know for sure what it is for before I cut it off and just use the key ring.

It's too big for a drum stick. Too small for a cock ring. But just about right to fit over a beer bottle or hold a small tack light. But why would I want to put a key ring on a beer bottle or carry a flashlight on a key ring.

It must be for something else.
