What makes you think so.  I am a complete real estate novice, having only bought one home 7 years ago, which i still live in and have never even refinanced.

I really dont know how people afford current home prices.  But as long as illegals are willing to pool their resources and live 5 families to a home, I dont see prics going down.  12 families of illegals just bought two houses on my street this year.  both sold for well over $500K

At this rate if I ever want to own a house I'll have to buy a vacated one in Mexico.  And I hate Mexico.
