fvck! My 70 lbs 7-year old pit has been in the kennel all day becuase it's been raining. When i let him inside he was running laps around the house to let off some steam. He lost control on the hardwood floor of my office and skidded into the wall. Now I have a perfect hole in the wall the shape and size of a male APBT head! Anyone know how to patch drywall? Should i just buy one of those kits they sell at home depot? Shooting the dog is not an option, my kids love him because he's a big clown. Does "funny" shit like knocking big ass holes in daddy's office walls, then trots off like nothing happened... In 7 years his block head has now destroyed one sliding glass door, a rose bush, my nose, my wifes right shin, and my office wall. |

I'm here laughing my but off just imagining the dog ramming his head through the wall. At least he's not like my dog (115lb Chessie) who enjoys running full speed at you and slowing down just enough as he gets close so that he can jump into your chest with his shoulder. He thinks it's funny for some reason and I haven't been able to break him from it(tried everything short of shooting him). I've learned to step aside and shove him aside in midair, but he occasionally catches you off guard and it definately isn't pleasant. And yes drywall is easy to fix. Home depot has all the supplies and can give you instructions. I'd suggest the premixed drywall mud and fiberglass mesh tape over the joint. Done right no-one but you will ever know there was a hole there. |
