The original Die Hard is the only one that counts. The rest are basically just copy-pasta versions.

Quoted: That's just one of the many totally ridiculous/impossible moments in that film. But it's still not as crazy as the Resident Evil series (and others). Anyway, if you're gonna make a film about a "die hard" normal (cop) guy then please strive to make it quasi-realistic regarding the laws of physics, fuel pump flow rates, etc. There's so much they could do with completely plausible/realistic scenarios, but they don't. lol But yeah it did look cool. 1 and 2 are both Christmas movies. 4 is a 4th of July movie and I guess I also sort of associated 3 as a 4th of July movie as well.

Not sure if I would say it's the best, but DHWAV has the most replay value for me.

I liked 1 through 4. #1 is the best of the series however. The 5th one in Russia sucked.

How is this a question?
There is Die Hard. And there are a bunch of others that sort of have some variation of those words in the title. |

3,1,2,4, and the dumbass one with the boomerang dude from Suicide squad

Anyone who doesn't recognize 1 as a vastly superior product to the other 4 deserves to be shunned and banned until they adopt the correct opinion.
1 is an action movie masterpiece. |

First one is great. My favorite Christmas movie. 2nd and 3rd ones one were just "good". The rest were shit.

Live Free or Die Hard (UNRATED) is pretty darn good also. watched that one more times than I can count. i.e. more than 3x. I only have it (UNRATED) on DVD, wasn't able to find it on Blu-ray when I was looking for it. there is a difference in content.

I'm surprised how many people rank 2 and 3 equally. I can't watch 2. There's just too much to look past and the story sucks. As weird as it is one the biggest things that bugs me is the magic guns that shoot blanks and bullets interchangably. 3 I've always enjoyed. Like the story of them solving puzzles running all over the place. The connection to Hans was icing.

I love the first one and I'm a big believer in that many films do not need a sequel. Unfortunately Hollywood often decides to do it to milk a cash cow, and also unfortunately it works. That said, the scene in Die Hard 3 where they have to figure out the water jug riddle was always funny.
bruce willis accuses samuel l jackson of being racist die hard 3 |

I forking hate 3. The worst of the shitty add ons.
1, 2 done. Dream sequence if they need the $$$$$$ that bad. |

1,2,3 and 4. (Except the plane bit) are all great films. There is no 5

1 then 3.
I’ll watch 2 passively in the background.....the others don’t exist to me. |

Bullitt followed by the first episode of Miami Vice.
All the Die Hard movies were ridiculous, the first one slightly less than the rest. |
