[ARCHIVED THREAD] - White Chili...RECIPE?

OK, so I know all about the beans/ no beans dispute around here. I'll avoit that scenario and ask a chili question from a different angle. Does anyone here have a good recipe for white chili?

I've never seen it, much less tasted it. I just want to familiarize myself with it so if it seems like something I'd like then I'll try it one day this weekend. Kinda thinking of makinf it with chickes. Does it taste like regular chili?

My wife has a great white chili recipe that even has chicken in it.

When she gets home I'll see if I can IM it to you.

Her recipe is great. She adds about a pint of whipping cream to the sauce. It's basically liquid saturated fats with chicken and beans in it.
