Sighhhhh. I officially no longer have the time or energy to maintain an upper-tier level of fitness like I used to (at least not for the next few years). Now due to work, when I have the time, I'm too tired. When I have the energy, I'm too busy. I've been doing/trying to do "Angie" 3x a week and that's gonna have to cut it. Honestly, I'm not looking for suggestions, just a little place to vent. |

My last two months working out of Kandahar province saw me eating nothing but cookies from my dump pouch and kept me out of the gym. I've been home a few days and am beginning to realize how impossible it is to schedule anything related to PT outside of morning PU/SU/run routines. I feel your pain. |
