Who else watches Red Dawn, and during the course of the movie, has an urge to break out their AK's and/or AR's and clean them throughly, again? (Never mind that, if you took care of your weapon, it was cleaned before it hit the rack) When I watch SPR or Band Of Brothers, I break out the Garands and clean/lube. When I watch Red Dawn, I break out the AK's and clean/lube...and when those are done, I head for the AR's. Just one of those things, I guess... |

BHD was more a drama than RD or SPR, to me...dunno how to explain it. But, yah. I see BHD or even We Were Soldiers (AWESOME flick) and I break out the AR's first. Heat? Nah. I just watch and wonder why there wasn't an AUG in there somewhere; they had everything else :) |
