Killswitch's thread got me to thinking, who else enjoys being fat? I know I don't have a problem with it.

I don't mind having 20-40 extra pounds, but 100 extra pounds is too much.

I'm about 40-50lbs underweight.  And I get not satisfaction or dissatisfaction out of it.

I have lost 80 pounds so far, have about 70 or more to go. Being fat sucks.
Its not as bad as it sounds, when I first hit #350, I could still dunk a basketball with two hands.

Most certainly not. I like to look at a hill, any hill, and say to myself "I could run to the top of that hill".

I weighed in at 313lbs on Jan 1, 2006. As of this morning I'm 228 and a much happier, healthier person. My sleep apnea is gone, no more snoring, my waist went from a very tight 46" to a comfortable 36" AND my wife has joined me and lost 30+lbs herself.

I've battled weight most of my life and I finally made the decision to get back down to active duty weight. I've got about 25 to go and then I'll be happy. It's not a diet as much as a lifestyle change.

I need to lose 15-20lbs. I HATE being overweight.

Problem is: The food my wife makes me tastes good, and I love eating it.

I'm working on it though.

+1

Except I don't have a wife to make me food. I think I need to spend more time on Arfcom and less time eatin'

I don't "enjoy it", but it doesn't bother me enough to do anything about it.

No. I hate it. But so far I only hate it enough to make half-assed attempts at losing weight (although an incidental factor did seriously help in that department). I need to hate it enough to force myself to get off my ass and work out more often.

The diet is easy enough, the food at my dining hall is so shitty I can't eat much anyway

I haven't been fat since I was a little kid, but when I have been overweight, I do not enjoy it.  Frankly, I don't know how anyone CAN enjoy it...it just plain looks gross looking at yourself in a mirror when you're overweight.
