Walking around the house with body armor, and leg weights.
The wife is used to it.
Other Mil. spouses are used to it.
I am just wondering if there are any Civilian people who "exercise" this way?

I do. But the body armor and leg weights are all I'm wearing.
The neighbors hate it...maybe if I stayed inside they wouldn't mind so much.

Who hasn't done that yet?

When I was in school, in my first year or two I used to take my entire collection (not too massive back then) of WH40K orks with me, in my backpack.
Those lead/white metal miniatures aren't light.
