Click on the link I posted. You may have to call them to see if they sell the extension seperately.

Doesn't look like it fits very well. The sling mount isn't even touching the barrel.

It's not supposed to. Wilson's don't either btw, it just prevents rotation.

You could get a shotgun with one of those set up like some of the competition guns I have seen with the mag extention projecting past the barrel. It would make one hell of an intimidating bayonet.
