By cyanide: Who really needs a machine gun Tsk, Tsk, tsk...Never use the "N" word, it's not acceptable here. I certainly want one. I want one just as bad as any liberal politian wants (aka "N"eeds) their Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes, or whatever the hell they drive. Of course at the rate it's going a Cadillac and an M16 will roughly run the same price here pretty soon... By Dragracer_Art: Wonder who the blonde hottie was in the camo shorts... What blond? Was there a blond in there somewhere? I watched it twice and must not have been paying attention to anything hot other than the barrels those folks were shamelessly heating the hell out of. Sly |
| Every law abiding citizen should be able to buy a machine gun. "Machine gun" has been turned into such a nasty word. Maybe the largest percentage of people who own machine guns were criminals....prior to owning one. How does that make you feel? Now run along keep wishing. |
|
Why WOULDN'T you want a machinegun? I can't think of any reason why any sane, law-abiding citizen shouldn't be allowed to have one if he or she wants one. It's also a good choice of weapon to use if you end up with a government that gets entirely TOO uppity. I hope it doesn't come to that...but if it does, it's better to have enough firepower on hand to be the target that the JBT's don't WANT to mess with. CJ |

is any work being done to try and eliminate the 86 FOPA amendment that stops civilian ownership of post '86 guns? I've written my senators a couple of times but nothing concerted and I didn't get any real answer from O. Hatch. So what's the word? any concentrated effort? Anyone want to try? |

Wow, now I know why I am getting nasty emails from my web host about excessive bandwidth usage! [nono]...........screw em! I am glad you folks like my video (I am the one hosing the AK after diane gets sent to the crusher). I have been a little remiss the last few months in doing another but I have lots of footage yet to use. Stay tuned for the end of year "retrospective" video, It will be fun. Here is a link with some other videos from DBS, The Sept one was not done by me. Perro from the CETME board did it. Check out Julie and her cute butt! Different's new 60mm mortar is fun too. Enjoy! Answer me this. If it is illegal for civilians to own newly manufactured machine guns, how is it that so many people in that video are shooting new design fully-automatic weapons like the G36 and UMP? Is there a loophole in the laws? ______________________________________________ [red]NRA[/red] [blue]Life Member[/blue] [red]GOA[/red] [blue]Life Member[/blue] [red]SAF[/red] [blue]Supporter[/blue] [red]SAS[/red] [blue]Supporter[/blue] |

Did anyone from here post that link on dslreports.com? It turned up there the day after this thread got started and has stired up a LOT of good replies, and a few serious assholes that got their panties in a major twist over it. Just checked again. The thread is up to 7 pages. Might want to check it out... http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,8608543~root=deeplink~mode=flat;start=39 |

Quoted: i'd like one but alas, i don't have 'reasonable necessity' to own one here. http://www.hunt101.com/img/073209.jpg WTF??? since when was it ever about nessesity. Hell in that case would being able to shoot an annoying tree rat while deer hunting be a resonable nessesity? I mean if ya use a regular .22 ya might scare the deer, and if ya don't kill the barking tree rat it might scare away the deer, yah thats it. |

Round trip ticket to Las Vegas DBS. $450.00, Rental Car. $50.00. Beer, Chips and other food $100.00 A weekend of shooting 20 different types of automatic weapons and explosives. A life long cherished moment. Its amazing what friends and MG’s can bring about. WTT 1 well used left testical. In trade for a chance to do that. |
|
About the last thing I want is an MG. Don't have one Don't want one. Don't need one. Wouldn't take one unless it was free or damned cheap. Cheap enough for me to sell at a good profit. OTOH, having to cough up money and jump through the hoops to own one galls the hell out of me. It frosts my ass to no end. IMHO, the basic service rifle should be sold to the public at the same price Uncle is paying for it! |

I've always been fond of the saying, "It is better to have and not need, than it is to need and not have!" Too bad the prices for full autos is so high. It makes it easier for the anti's to say only a small group of people own them, so the majority won't miss them if they are banned. |
