It's annoying as hell to have a thread canned 15 or so posts into a decent conversation. Why not just post the link to the other thread if you notice it and leave it at that? I can see locking them when they're multiple posts of the "I cut my finger off" "I slammed my head in a car door" "I burned my pecker on the stove" type. |

i agree and so does the coc. it is generally done to keep page one clean but in my opinion is over done a lot of the time. 8.) Posting repeat topics with similar or slightly varying titles. While it may seem to be funny, the "spamming" of the community in this manner results in problems for users and management.
