We DID absolutely help create conditions for ISIS to flourish, by actually actually believing we're smart enough to predict the actions of a bunch of Islamist goat fuckers fighting Asad, and we did support groups related to ISIS, because we're confused and we think undermining government authority in Syria will somehow come out all rosy.
