Small Window Unit, GE 5,000 or 8,000 BTU, used to cool west facing full windowed office.  Is used as supplement to central air as there is no vent in the room.

Fan runs, compressor runs and gets hot to the touch but I get no cold air.  All vents and coils are clean no obvious signs of leaking, it worked last year when I put it up but now, not so much.  The office connects to our bedroom and makes   it 5+ degrees warmer than the rest of the house.

ETA...Cools on the front (inside window) do not feel cold.

Multimeter is currently MIA (thanks to my brother), any ideas that can get it up and running besides calling a repair man?

Honestly, those are throw always now.  5000 BTU window unit would cost less than a service call.  How old is it?  I just had to replace a 18 yo 18,000 BTU window unit for my basement and it was only $650. I've seen smaller units for a couple hundred.

Most window units have a sealed system with no service ports available.

By the time you instal ports you could have purchased another unit.

Yep... throw it away... A little over 100 bucks will get you a new one at Home Depot or Lowes.
