After reverting back to Desktop mode via 8.1, there a few lingering issues that perhaps others have solved?
1) How do you change the top panel color of an inactive window? It reverts back to white. I figured out how to change the top panel color of the active window, but the other inactive windows are white now, and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust that. 2) Is there a way to get the start-button back? All I have now is what is essentially a land-mine, where the start button was, to take me back to the wretched Windows 8 default interface. Aside from the interface issues, Windows 8 runs quite well. Very stable, smooth operations. |
