I found by accident that my ex-wife got turned down for food stamps. She is knocked up right now as well. She is working and taking classes to be an LPN (when we were married I was paying for a RN program). She has a 4 year Marketing Degree already. Problem is her current husband is unemployed and has been unemployed since she decided I was an ass and he was better................. Funny part is that since I got rid of her I have been promoted twice, purchased many guns, got awarded stock options and have met 2 awesome women that are better off than I am. Moral of the story is: Yeah, you 2 were in love when you were young. If you have totally different personalities then look to eject! We were in no way compatible and I got lucky as shit in the divorce! |

Nah, I am acquiring firearms right now............. |

Glad things are going well. Don't take too much pride in others lack of success. Its just bad form. It seems you kept the dog. That is a good thing. Not only bad form, but can bring bad juju upon you. Sounds like the OP has tiger's blood. He should be ok. |

We were in no way compatible and I got lucky as shit in the divorce! Your story is much like my own. My ex is broke, fat, ugly and couldn't get laid in a prison if she was holding the master keys. She lives a miserable lonely existence with no friends, just family all alone in a house she can't maintain or keep paying for. All the money she stole from me or got in the divorce was spent in 6 months in gifts for her family and two redecorating the house (twice in the same year ) Within one year of the divorce, she could not even pay her auto insurance bill.
Meanwhile, my wife and I are happy as can be and gearing up to retire in 20 months with me at the ripe old age of 47. Warms my heart.....really does. |

There was a long thread here about how I hoped the person that tried to break in my house bled to death. That was Friday, I found her body on Monday............ |

Came here to post this. |

It is amazing the path others choose. I dated a chick for a good while, and she left me, and moved back to MI to date her ex. It is what it is. Recently, she contacted me to share that she just bought a house, and is pregnant with twins. The great thing is that her BF is a high school dropout (in his 30s now) and works a part time job at an auto parts store. She does not work. Sounds like life is about to be complicated for her. Be happy with your success, and enjoy watching their drama from a safe distance! |
