| Today I was driving down the highway when I saw a Mustang convertible somehow manage to pin itself under a semi truck (just like Clark Grizwald did in Christmas Vacation, but not anywhere near as funny). I then saw the Mustang get tossed out from under the truck and spin out across one lane of traffic and into the median. The car was smashed in the front and the rear and the roof was torn up. When I stopped to call 911 I saw that the driver was able to get out of the car UNINJURED. She was very shaken up, but not a scratch on her. Mind you that all of this happened at approx. 75MPH. I kind of felt sorry for her because when she called her parents they started chewing her out. |

Not a Miracle, just damn good engineering. Think about it..... We have many more drivers today....Many of them too "busy" Talking on the cell phone, adjusting the radio, or any of the 100's of other things I see these idiots doing at 75+MPH everyday. Yet there are actually fewer deaths/serious injuries today because of all of the safety features in modern cars & trucks. It's great that she lived, better that she was OK.... But, if you want to thank someone.....Thank the engineers who designed the car to help her survive/walk away. I'm just sayin'! Tall Shadow
