I decided a while ago that my modus is no longer "I may not agree with what you say but I'll defend with my life your right to say it"....That's a noble attitude but is self-defeating against people like Obama and Clinton as well as their legions. They're liars and pure scum.
My new mantra is "I hate your fucking guts you traitorous, Marxist bastards" and I actively undermine, try to confuse and hopefully destroy their belief system. One of my recent efforts has been to actively post on Reddit as a "life long democrat" that's struggling to vote for Hillary. I plant seeds of doubt in the various boards and try to sway as many as I can. I use phrases such as "I've always voted dem..." or " Bernie seems to be the better choice..." I'm having some successes and if even 2 or 3 of these cock suckers feel the Bern I've done my job and it was time well spent. Just something to think about...DU isn't a fertile playground but Reddit might be. |

I once tried trolling liberals and leftists by posting the most outrageous stuff I could come up with. All I got for my efforts were people nodding and agreeing with me.
Sowing doubt and confusion is probably a better approach because reductio ad absurdum doesn't work. |

That tactic works extremely well actually. If everyone here would call their Dem Senators/Reps and prelude their statements with: "our family traditionally votes Democratic but we have decided to abandon the Dem Party due to Hillary/Gun Control/etc" then you would see the administration hitting the pause button on issues rather quickly.
Problem is people want to yell and get mad at the poor staffer on the phone which does nothing. |
