a law is passed to let gang members kill other gang members without any prosecution whatsoever? They take care of business among themselves while society benefits from filth cleanup. Wouldn't the world eventually become a better place to live? |

I'm okay with "the way things are".
From my understanding "shootings in the hood" are rarely pursued with vigor unless the case is a slam dunk. Tyrone is caught on FB with a pic of the guy he capped saying something to the effect "got his punk ass". Or police wait until the suspect's alibi gets pissed at the suspect or needs to make a deal as a cooperating witness when they are getting prosecuted for something else. |

I think gang members should be treated like terrorist. Start sending them off to an island like Gitmo. No food. No electricity. No running water. Let them sort it out however they can. One way trip. No innocent bystanders getting hurt.
