Go out with a bang as I slowly fade from existence.

I'm angling to die in my mid to late 80s.

With the way the world is going I am not sure I will make it that long, but ideally, I'll be called somewhere before the stuff hits the fan.

An old fella with whom I took some fly tying classes up at Free State fly fishing Club up in MD, and had the pleasure to fish with several times, died this past week. Almost every night when the fish were biting under the Kent Narrows Bridge, about 5min from my dads' house, he would be down there with his fly rod catching the crap out of some rockfish. He was always a nice person and would give some friendly advice to anyone who wanted it, and many did because he usually caught more fish than them! This past week at the age of 85 Bob fell into the Kent Narrows, his friend could do nothing to help him also being old and the current strong, he died doing what he loved.

RIP Bob Gants

I want to die on the up-stroke. That way I get two freebies!  One when I collapse and one when the EMS crew pulls me off her.
